In an effort to deliver even faster service and assistance to exhibitors in the months leading up to their events, AGS is developing a live chat tool, called GoChat, that will allow exhibitors to easily engage with our event services team at their convenience. “Help is now just a click away” VP Evan Garvey said of the new platform which he sees as an important and timely enhancement the company’s No Exhibitor Left Behind program (NELB). Current NELB tools include free exhibit design consultations and a Service Outreach Scout program that provides exhibitors on-demand assistance on the show floor. GoChat is currently in development and scheduled for pilot in June 2018.
