Payment Information

Q:

May I place my order in advance and pay for it when I arrive at show site?

A:

As with most vendors, AGS requires full payment when your order is placed. Orders received without payment will not be processed.


Q:

May I pay with a purchase order?

A:

Purchase orders are not considered payment.


Q:

What options do I have for payment?

A:

AGS gladly accepts payment by:

  • Checks: Send with your order.
  • Wire Transfers: Please contact us for payment transfer information.
  • Credit Card: We accept MasterCard, Visa & American Express.
  • Cash: Please do not mail cash. We will gladly accept cash payments at the show.

Q:

If I overpay on my account, how will my refund be processed?

A:

All refunds are processed after the close of the show. Credit card refunds will be applied back to the card within 30 days after show closing.


Q:

What if I want to pay with a check or cash but the discount deadline is soon approaching?

A:

We will process your order at the discount rates if you submit a credit card number as a deposit. As long as we receive your payment prior to the show opening, we will not process the credit card.
