May I place my order in advance and pay for it when I arrive at show site? |

As with most vendors, AGS requires full payment when your order is placed. Orders received without payment will not be processed. |

May I pay with a purchase order? |

Purchase orders are not considered payment. |

What options do I have for payment? |

AGS gladly accepts payment by:
- Checks: Send with your order.
- Wire Transfers: Please contact us for payment transfer information.
- Credit Card: We accept MasterCard & Visa.
- Cash: Please do not mail cash. We will gladly accept cash payments at the show.

If I overpay on my account, how will my refund be processed? |

All refunds are processed after the close of the show. Credit card refunds will be applied back to the card within 30 days after show closing. |

What if I want to pay with a check or cash but the discount deadline is soon approaching? |
| A: |
We will process your order at the discount rates if you submit a credit card number as a deposit. As long as we receive your payment prior to the show opening, we will not process the credit card. |
